HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER?

Once you have finished adding items to your Cart, simply click the “Check Out” button on the Shopping Cart page and we will guide you through the check out process.

HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?

Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries, your item may take 6-20 days to arrive. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way :)

CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?

Yes. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement. Send us an email within 24 hours and let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order. All refunds will be process within 24-48 hours before the fund reflects on customer’s bank account.

 

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

You can track your package using your order number by going to the *Track order* section on our website.

 

WHAT IS THE QUALITY OF PRODUCTS YOU OFFER?

I DID NOT RECEIVE ALL THE ITEMS IN MY ORDER, WHAT'S GOING ON?

Our products are shipped separately according to your order. For
example, if your order contains items from two different warehouses,
there will be two deliveries. The rest of the order will most
likely arrive shortly.

 

I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS WHAT DO I DO NOW?

If you have miss-spelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double-check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at info@easynow.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after 24 hours of incorrect submission.
